We're absolutely here to help, if your software isn't working. In fact, that's what we're here to do. We love working things through and figuring out what the problem is. That said, you need to help us, in order to get you the best possible help.

Firstly, you need to provide us with the details of the error. Simply posting "This does not work" doesn't help solve the problem. Psting screenshots of 500 errors doesn't help us solve the problem.

Provide as much detail as possible. What were you doing when this error came up? What have you done to try to resolve the issue? What , exactly, is the error message? If all you're seeing is a 500 error, you will likely need to enable error display (admin -> setup -> general settings -> otherr -> display errors) temporarily.

Be as informed as you can. Get us as much information as needed when trying to help you. What version of PHP are you using? What version of ioncube? What version of WHMCS? MySQL? What OS? Anything that can help us resolve the issue.

Armed with the proper information, we can  assist you more efficiently than just "your software doesn't work, fix it".
